How to use Legitimate Dashboard

On Legitimate Dashboard you can manage all the SKUs in your organization. Within dashboard you can edit your SKU metadata, track the number of tags associated with each SKU, and view SKU analytics.
When you log into dashbaord you'll automatically see the "SKU overview" view. In this view you're able to see all the SKUs in your organization as well the SKU's item name, total tags and tag view in the corresponding columns.
In order to activate your tags all the required SKU metadata must be added to dashboard. This metadata refers to the image (or animation), description, and title of your item. The only information that can be edited in the digital experience within dashboard is outlined in red below.
Once all of this metadata has been added to the SKU you can proceed with activating your tags. Please follow the instruction below carefully in order to successfully edit your SKU's metadata and activate the tags
To edit the metadata of a specific SKU click on the pencil button next to the SKU ID number.
Next, you'll be redirected to that SKU's specific metadata page. Editing the metadata and uploading your required assets all happens in step 1, shown below. You can save your progress at anytime by pressing the save button. Once all the required field have been filled out you can move onto activating your tags. Please ignore the header logo and blockchain for DPP fields, those will already be pre determined by the Legitimate Team
Item name: this is the title of your item. It will be displayed at the top of the digital experience
Item description: this is the description of your item. we recommend keeping this description as succinct as possible. You can always add additional information in the rest of the digital experience.
Notes: any notes you want to be visible on the main page of the dashboard you can add in here. They will not be visible anywhere on the digital experience. This field is just to add any context that is helpful for you or your team.
After you complete all the required field in step 1 you can move onto activating that SKU's tags. To begin, press the save button at the bottom of step one. Please ignore the header logo and blockchain for DPP fields, those will already be pre determined by the Legitimate Team.
Scroll down to step 2 and press the "deploy" button. Please ignore the collection identifier and shorthand ID, those will be pre determined by the Legitimate Team.
Scroll down to step 3 and press the "create digital product IDs" button. Once this button is pressed all the tags in that SKU will be activated! If you have more SKU's to activate follow the steps above within each SKU metadata page for each additional SKU.
Product Image: press the symbol to upload your image. Do not put in a URL path here, one will be generated once you upload your image following the previous instructions. A preview of the image should load within a few seconds after you upload. If your having issues uploading please review our image specs here.
