the map view gives you a heat map visual of where the tags have been tapped across the world. The red dots indicate multiple taps in one area.
you can zoom onto specific countries, regions, and cities to get a more granular view of the heat map. Zoom by using your two finger on your track and using a pinching motion, pull your fingers out to the sides to zoom in and inwards to zoom out.
This graph gives you a breakdown of tag usage and interaction by end-users over time. The data starts collection from the date your tags were encoded. This graph shows the following information:
Page Views
Claims
Marketing Consent
Reset
You can hover your curser over specific points on the graph in order to get the actual count that point on the graph.
This chart shows the last 10 claims and resets made on tags in that SKU. It shows which tags these actions were performed on (Tag ID column), what type of action was performed (Type column), a preview of the email associated with that action (Email column), and what time that action was performed (time column)
Show the top 10 states, provinces, or regions with the most page views. You can hover your curser over each bar graph to see name and total number of page views.

On the Analytics tab you can see a more in-depth view of your SKUs analytics of the following data:
Page Views - how many times an end-user has tapped a tag in that SKU
Marketing Consent - number of end-users who have agreed to receive marketing materials via their login method such as email or SMS
Ownership Claims - number of times an end-user has successfully claimed a tag in that SKU
Ownership Resets - number of times a tag in that SKU has had its ownership reset
Total Tag Verifications - total number of times a verification action has been performed on the tags in this SKU, including page views, when the tag is programmed, and other verification steps your SKU may have.
Programming Verifications - total number of times a programming verification (such as encoding or QC) has been performed
Custom Verifications - only for supply chain clients. total number of times custom programmed verification steps have been performed
API Verifications - only for API Access clients. total number of times a user successfully goes the API webpage associated with that SKU
