How to Activate your tags using Legitimate Dashboard

Activating Your SKU's tags

In order to activate your tags all the required metadata must be added to you SKU on dashboard. This metadata refers to the image (and optional animation), description, and name of your SKU. This information is the backbone of the Legitimate digital experience. It is the first thing your customer will see when they scan their tags.

About each section:

• Header logo (optional): your company's logo or other symbol/ text you'd like to go on the top lefthand side of your digital experience. If you do not choose to upload a logo it will default to show the Legitimate logo

• Product name: this is the title of your product. It will be displayed at the top of the digital experience

• Product description: this is the description of your product. we recommend keeping this description as succinct as possible. You can always add additional information in the rest of the digital experience.

• Product image: this is the image that corresponds to your product. Press the upload file button to upload your image. A preview of the image should load within a few seconds after you upload. If your having issues uploading please review our image specs here.

• Product animation (optional): Animation associated with your product and will show in place of the product image in the digital experience. if you choose to also include an animation for your product press the upload file button to upload your video. Please find step by step instruction below on how to add your required metadata and activate your tags.

Please note that when you add in the header logo, name, image and description, the preview on the right hand side will change to reflect your updates in real-time. Make sure to press save every time to save your progress.
