Compatible USB Hardware

The Legitimate Desktop Programmer requires the use of a NFC Type 4 compatible NFC tag reader and writer. There are a few different models from ACS that have been tested for compatibility with our software.

To ensure you receive a compatible programmer, we recommend you purchase your programmer from GoToTag.com here.

  • ​ACS ACR1252U (recommended)

  • ACS ACR1552U (newer and slightly more expensive alternative)

  • ACS ACR122U (discontinued)​
