Editing and Activating a SKU
To edit your new SKU or edit a SKU another team member created find the SKU ID # under the SKU ID column
Once youβve located your SKU ID #, click on the pencil icon on the SKU ID # button and youβll be redirected to the SKU information page.
First, select the blockchain you'd like to use from the drop-down in the "1. Edit SKU Information" section and press the "save" button.
Next, deploy your contract by filling in the NFT Token Name and NFT Token Symbol in the designated boxes in section "2. Deploy NFT Smart Contract". Then press the "deploy contract" button.
Begin entering your NFT Metadata into the designated boxes in section "3. Edit NFT Metadata". To upload your images and optional animation click the upload buttons on the right-hand side of the info boxes as shown below. Click the save button at any time to save the work you've entered so far. You can always come back to edit this data at anytime before you mint your NFTs.
Once everything is filled out and you've confirmed it is 100% accurate you'll want to proceed with minting the NFTS. Locate the gas meter in the button right-hand corner of your screen. There you'll see a number colored green, orange, or red. When the gas meter is green the cost of minting the NFTS is low, when it's orange it is moderate and when it is red it is expensive. Please be mindful of these numbers and try your best to wait until the meter is green or orange. Once you have consulted the gas meter press the "mint" button in section "4. Mint NFTs". Please ensure all the information on your SKU ID page is accurate before pressing βmintβ.
Once the minting process is complete press the βactivateβ button and your tags will be activated.
What does it mean for your tags to be programmed but not activated?
Tags can be programmed, but tags will not work until they are activated. To activate your tags you must put in all the NFT Metadata, mint the NFTs, and then activate your tags
