On the Analytics tab you can see a more in-depth view of your SKUs analytics. You'll be able to view the following data:
Page Views - how many times an end user has tapped a tag in that SKU
Total Tag Verifications - refers to the total number of times a verifiaction action has been performed on the tags in this SKU. This includes page views, when a tag is programmed, and other verification steps your SKU may have.
Total API Verifications - how many times the API is called
These data points are also represented across different views to help better visualize the data:
Map View
the map view gives you a heat map visual of where the tags have been tapped across the world. The red dots indicate multiple taps in one area
Views, User Interactions, and Marketing Consent graph
allows you to see the usage of the tags by end users overtime
Tag UID, Transfer Type, User ID, Time chart
gives you a granular look at every action performed within that SKU on a tag basis.
The tag UUID is the specific tags unique code
Transfer Type refers to the type of action that was done to that tag
User ID is the unique code we give to each end users
Time chart displays exactly when the action on that tag was performed by that user
Views by City, Views by Region, and Views by Country graphs
gives you a visual representation of the breakdown of tag taps by users across city, region and country.
In order to view the city region or country that corresponds with a section of the graph hover you mouse cursor over the a section of the city, region or country name will pop-up
Verifications Graph
allows you to see the verification of the tags overtime
When you log into dashboard you'll automatically see the "SKU index" page. On this page you're able to see all the SKUs in your organization as well their corresponding ID, name, image, title, description and notes. This page also gives you a brief overview about the status of the SKU including the SKU's total tags, page view count, and quality check performance. There is also a quick link to the SKU's analytics page in the analytics column.
In order to view more in depth analytics and to edit and manage a SKU's digital experience you'll need to select a specific SKU and go to that SKU's page.
Next, find the SKU you want to edit and click on the pencil button next to the SKU ID number in the ID column.
Once on that SKU's page you'll be able to edit and manage the following sections:
SKU Overview
SKU Analytics
Digital Experience
Blockchain
The first page you're directed to when you're editing a specific SKU is the SKU overview page. The overview page provides a snapshot of information about that SKU including:
the number of tags in the SKU
the number of page views for that SKU
the SKU's name - editable field
the SKU notes - editable field
To edit and manage a specific SKU first navigate to the SKU Index page by clicking on the SKUs option in the Platform navigation bar in the top lefthand corner of dashboard
